Product & Technical Questions
What types of lithium batteries do you manufacture?
We manufacture Li-ion cylindrical cells, Li-Polymer batteries, LiFePO₄ batteries, and fully customized battery packs for industrial, medical, IoT, and robotics applications.
Do you provide OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. We offer complete OEM and ODM services including voltage configuration, capacity adjustment, BMS integration, housing design, connector customization, and branding.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type.
- Standard cells: usually lower MOQ.
- Custom battery packs: MOQ varies based on design complexity.
Please contact us with your specifications for confirmation.
Can you design battery packs according to our device requirements?
Yes. Our engineering team can design battery packs based on your voltage, capacity, discharge current, size, and operating temperature requirements.
Do your batteries include a BMS?
Yes. All custom battery packs include a Battery Management System (BMS) with protections such as overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and temperature monitoring. Communication interfaces (CAN, RS485) are optional.
What is the typical cycle life of your batteries?
Cycle life depends on chemistry and usage conditions.
For industrial lithium-ion battery packs, typical cycle life is ≥ 800–1000 cycles at 80% capacity retention.
Can your batteries operate in extreme temperatures?
Yes. We offer wide-temperature cell options and can customize battery packs for low or high temperature environments based on application requirements.
